KiddoDesk is childcare management software built by Turn Byte LLC with one obsession: a busy caregiver should be able to run an entire day — check-ins, naps, meals, diaper changes, photos, pickups, and billing — in taps, not paperwork.

Why we built it

Most childcare software is built for large centers: heavy setup, per-module pricing, and screens designed for an office manager who sits at a desk. Real childcare doesn't happen at a desk. It happens at the front door at 7:45am with a toddler on your hip, at the changing table, and at a birthday party with twelve guest kids arriving at once. KiddoDesk is designed for those moments — big buttons, one-tap stations, a kiosk that recognizes families as they walk up, and invoices that write themselves from actual attendance.
